Jason Kolaski, President & CEO

Jason Kolaski has always been an entrepreneur at heart. In fact he got his start when he was still in high school. He developed rental software for video stores in Manitoba and Saskatchewan that allowed them to track their rentals and installed the software onto multiple computers which led to a career based on I.T. and networking.

To further his education along that direction he went to Red River Community College on 2 scholarships and graduated with honors from RRCC as a Computer Analyst Programmer in 1988. He consistently upgraded his education to keep up with the changing times, and received both his MCSE and MCSE+I.

Jason is proficient in planning, coordinating, constructing and maintaining LANs, thin client (Citrix) and Windows based servers, security, web services, programming, database, procurement, monitoring and business continuance. He takes this skill set and mixes in his ability to explain in laymen's terms the technology used to make businesses both more efficient, and protected.

His accomplishments have been many but his character and work ethic having never changed.

Many nights he can be spotted in the office trying to figure out a customer problem, and through all that he maintains his ability to be both accessible, and respected, by his staff.

Daniel Kurtz, Executive Vice President Services

Daniel Kurtz started his career working for a firm called CAMSCO in Plano, Texas servicing HP equipment in the CAD industry.

A few years later the company was purchased by Gerber Scientific. Daniel expanded his field into robotics, where he serviced many CAM systems in the garment and aerospace industry. As the industry evolved, from HP mini-computers to RISC & HP-UX, and finally micro-computers, Daniel emphasized working on operating systems and networks, and has achieved both this CNE and his MCSE. Rising beyond the service level, Daniel was asked to sell service contracts nationally as he had maintained a 90% contract rate for years.

He then worked for Nygård International exclusively in the server department. Finally he joined ‘do IT with us’ now Constant C, starting in the field, and soon progressing to service manager, and now VP of Technical Service. Daniel has cooperatively designed, built and maintains the company’s data center, and maintains a technical staff. He has studied VoIP technology, and has built and installed many hybrid software based phone systems. He has introduced Service Agreements and has been successful in creating a stable source of reoccurring revenue for the company. Daniel looks forward to raising the bar in the service industry.
