At Constant C, we strive to simplify technology for our clients. As you may know, we offer a wide variety of different services, from IT support to network security. With so many different offerings, we felt it was imperative to create an easy-to-use client portal. Our goals with the client portal are to provide a simple way for our clients to communicate their needs to us, all while giving them access to all the services we provide at a glance.

The first thing you’ll notice about our portal is how streamlined it is. In just a few clicks, you can view your tickets (completed and pending), check which cloud services you have licensed, access your planner, and much more.

Of all the services offered on our portal, our ticketing service may be the one we’re most excited to tell you about. In most IT circles, clients can only comment on tickets after they’ve been resolved. With our service, you can give feedback on both ongoing and closed tickets, giving you the ability to keep us abreast of changes as we make progress on your request.

We want you and your team to know as much about technology as possible. That’s why we’ve included free training with our portal. You’ll be able to learn tips and tricks for Excel, PowerPoint, and more - perfect for teams using Microsoft 365.

We’ve also partnered with Bigger Brains to provide ongoing training and courses through our portal. This additional training costs a mere $2 a month extra - and can impart invaluable skills. Some teams benefit from it, while others don’t need it - that’s why we offer it at a low, optional monthly fee.
