What we do covers their entire environment: flat-rate managed IT support, co-managed support for in-house IT leads, network security, cloud, backup and disaster recovery, business phone systems, and AI strategy through our Managed Intelligence practice.

People assume the secret to forty years in this industry is technology. It isn't. Technology has never been the reason we've lasted this long. People have. Every piece of technology we've ever deployed eventually reached the end of its life. The relationships never did. Team members stay ten, fifteen, even twenty years, because they believe in our mission. Clients stay because we continue earning their trust.

Companies don't get to forty years one anniversary at a time. They get there one kept promise at a time.

Our Company's History

Constant C Technology Group started in 1986 as a small software company with more curiosity than resources. President and CEO Jason Kolaski built an innovative software package for Canadian video rental chains. It was his first step into IT, and the beginning of how we still work today.

Every dollar we earned went back into learning the next thing. We never reinvented ourselves because a consultant told us to. We reinvented ourselves because our customers kept asking new questions. Software became networking. Networking became servers. Servers became managed services. Managed services became cybersecurity, cloud, and now AI.

That's the whole strategy: follow our clients wherever their next challenge takes them, and say so honestly when a technology isn't ready or isn't right for them. Four decades of that mindset has grown us into one of the most reputable IT companies in Manitoba.

Forty years on, the pattern hasn't changed. Our clients are asking about AI the way they once asked about networks, and we're doing what we've always done: learning it properly, then making it work for them.

We'll never stop learning or aspiring to be better than yesterday.
